Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Malaysia Airlines Berhad is currently seeking a part-time Accounts Payable professional to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a strong attention to detail and a passion for financial management.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities - Communicate with vendors to address payment issues and inquiries - Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient financial processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
