Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Dialog Group Berhad is seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in accounts payable and possess a high level of adaptability and resilience.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors - Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on discrepancies - Maintain files and documentation related to accounts payable - Assist with month-end close procedures - Provide support for audits and other financial inspections - Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment issues and ensure compliance with company policies - Utilize negotiation skills to maintain positive relationships with vendors - Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle high volumes of work - Resilient in the face of challenging situations - Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software - Strong time management skills - Experience with negotiation techniques - Detail-oriented and organized
