Accounts Payable

Job Description:

S P Setia Berhad is looking for a detail-oriented and driven individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable. This position is part-time and will be based in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an entry-level role, no prior experience is required, but a passion for accounting and finance is a must.

Responsibilities: - Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions - Prepare and process payments to vendors and suppliers - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end close processes - Maintain accurate records and files for all accounts payable transactions - Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements: - Driven and passionate individual with a strong interest in accounting - Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members and vendors - Strategic planning skills to identify opportunities for process improvements - Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
