Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and confident individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk at Malaysia Airlines Berhad in George Town, Penang. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently - Match purchase orders with invoices and investigate discrepancies - Ensure timely payment to vendors - Reconcile statements and resolve any outstanding issues - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Maintain accurate and organized financial records - Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors - Adhere to company policies and procedures related to accounts payable

Requirements: - Passionate about working in the finance industry - Confident in handling tasks independently - Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with team members - Persuasion skills to negotiate with vendors - Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
