Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Proton Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated and confident Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable and possess strong adaptability and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on any discrepancies - Prepare and process payments to vendors - Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records - Assist with month-end close processes - Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any billing or payment issues - Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as requested - Continuously improve accounts payable processes and procedures

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
