Accounts Payable

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Associate to join our team at Hartalega Holdings Berhad in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable and possess a confident and energetic personality. Strong presentation and strategic planning skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities: - Process incoming vendor invoices accurately and efficiently - Review and reconcile vendor statements - Prepare and process payments to vendors - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable - Monitor and maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions - Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and inquiries - Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable - Confident and energetic personality - Strong presentation and strategic planning skills - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
