Accounts Payable

Job Description:

QSR Brands is looking for a passionate and hardworking Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Associate Level position with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable function within the company.

Responsibilities: - Process and reconcile invoices in a timely and accurate manner - Ensure all payments are made on time and in compliance with company policies - Maintain vendor relationships and address any inquiries or concerns - Monitor and track expenses to ensure accuracy and adherence to budget - Assist with month-end close processes and financial reporting - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Provide support for audits and compliance requirements

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Innovation and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
