Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description:

IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a Remote Accounts Payable professional to join our team on a part-time basis in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in accounts payable. The ideal candidate will be driven, resourceful, possess excellent planning skills, and be a team player.

Responsibilities: - Process incoming invoices in a timely and accurate manner - Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts - Obtain necessary approvals for payment processing - Prepare and process electronic payments - Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies - Maintain accurate records of transactions - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and procedures

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
