Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

Sapura Energy Berhad is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Associate to work from home in Kuala Lumpur, MY. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable and be driven and resourceful.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing and reporting - Communicate with vendors to resolve invoicing and payment issues - Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records - Collaborate with team members to improve accounts payable processes - Adhere to company policies and procedures related to accounts payable

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines - Project management skills - Creativity in problem-solving
