Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

Digi.Com Berhad is seeking a motivated and energetic Accounts Payable professional to join our team in a part-time work from home position in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Associate Level Accounts Payable specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable activities and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities: 1. Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner. 2. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues. 3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions. 4. Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies. 5. Generate and distribute monthly reports on accounts payable activity. 6. Assist with month-end closing processes related to accounts payable. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper communication and coordination on payment processes.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field. 2. Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications. 3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor relations. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Advanced organizational and time management skills. 7. Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards. 8. Previous experience in people management and negotiation skills is preferred.
