Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team at MYEG Services Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy - Prepare and analyze aging reports - Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues with customers - Prepare monthly financial reports for management - Perform account reconciliations - Assist in the implementation of new procedures to improve efficiency - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth billing and collection process - Provide support during audits

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resourceful and energetic personality - Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively - Strong understanding of financial processes and procedures
