Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

AirAsia Group Berhad is seeking a hardworking and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable part-time employee in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an entry-level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar field.

Responsibilities: 1. Process and reconcile invoices from customers. 2. Follow up on overdue accounts and initiate collection efforts. 3. Prepare aging reports and analyze accounts receivable data. 4. Communicate with customers to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments. 5. Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting. 6. Assist with month-end closing processes. 7. Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred. 2. 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role. 3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. 6. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
