Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Eco World Development Group Berhad is seeking a Remote Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, Malaysia. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related field. The ideal candidate will be motivated, energetic, adaptable, and have strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Reviewing and processing customer invoices and payments - Reconciling accounts receivable accounts - Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies - Generating financial reports related to accounts receivable - Communicating with customers to resolve outstanding issues - Assisting with month-end closing procedures - Working closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial records

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred - 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Motivated and energetic personality traits - Adaptability and strong decision-making skills
