Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

As an Accounts Receivable at Nestlé Malaysia, located in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes. This part-time entry-level position requires zero years of experience but a strong passion for financial management and independence in your work.

Responsibilities: - Process incoming payments and reconcile them with outstanding invoices - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Monitor customer account details for non-payment, delayed payments, and other irregularities - Investigate and resolve customer billing issues - Communicate with customers regarding their accounts - Assist with month-end closing processes - Collaborate with the finance team to improve and streamline accounts receivable processes

Requirements: - Strong passion for financial management - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication skills - Attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Knowledge of accounting principles - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
