Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Axiata Group Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Associate. In this part-time role based in George Town, Penang, MY, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function for the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of customers 2. Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances 3. Reconcile accounts receivable sub-ledger to the general ledger 4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any billing issues 5. Prepare aging reports and assist in cash flow forecasting 6. Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and procedures 7. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a similar role - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
