Job Description:

Celcom Axiata Berhad is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Accounts Receivable professional, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function within the company.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Monitor accounts receivable aging to ensure timely collection of payments - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies - Investigate and resolve customer queries related to payments - Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any billing discrepancies - Prepare and analyze reports related to accounts receivable performance - Assist with month-end close processes related to accounts receivable - Maintain accurate records of customer payments and adjustments - Assist in the implementation of new processes or systems related to accounts receivable

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Hardworking and resilient individual who can work effectively under pressure - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams - Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
