Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description: We are looking for a Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team at Sime Darby Berhad. As a part-time member of our team based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable processes remotely. This role is perfect for someone with at least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable who is energetic, passionate, and possesses strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Review and reconcile accounts receivable balances - Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer invoices - Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies - Process payments and prepare bank deposits - Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Collaborate with other departments to improve accounts receivable processes

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable - Energetic and passionate individual - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
