Accounts Receivable

As an Accounts Receivable at Digi.Com Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY, you will be responsible for managing the company's outstanding invoices and ensuring timely payment from clients. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to clients - Follow up on outstanding payments - Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy - Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures - Monitor accounts receivable aging reports - Communicate with clients regarding payment status - Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues - Maintain accurate records of all transactions - Assist with month-end closing processes

Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong persuasion skills to successfully collect payments - High emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred
