Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

QSR Brands is seeking a reliable and dedicated Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable processes remotely, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation - Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment - Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement - Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues - Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable performance for management review

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
