Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and independent Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in the field of accounts receivable.

Responsibilities: - Manage and reconcile accounts receivable ledger - Generate and send invoices to clients - Monitor customer accounts for late payments and follow up accordingly - Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures - Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes - Prepare and analyze aging reports - Assist in month-end closing activities - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding payment status - Utilize accounting software to streamline processes and maintain accurate records

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong decision-making skills - Excellent time management abilities - Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
