Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Sunway Group is seeking a remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will be driven, energetic, have strong decision-making skills, and be adaptable to changing environments.

Responsibilities: - Review and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Follow up on overdue payments and resolve any discrepancies - Process credit card payments and refunds - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Prepare reports on accounts receivable status - Communicate with customers to answer inquiries and resolve issues

Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
