Remote Accounts Receivable

IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a Remote Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This part-time role is perfect for an entry-level candidate with zero years of experience who is resourceful, dedicated, persuasive, and possesses critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Verify and post accounts receivable transactions - Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and discrepancies - Contact customers to request payment and resolve any billing issues - Prepare and maintain reports on accounts receivable status - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing - Assist with month-end closing procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office suite and accounting software - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Experience with remote work or online collaboration tools is a plus
