Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and driven Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team at Westports Holdings Berhad. This part-time position is based in George Town, Penang, Malaysia and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable processes for clients remotely - Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collection of payments - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate effectively with clients to address any payment issues - Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve collections efficiency - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve financial performance - Utilize accounting software to track and manage accounts receivable

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent people management and persuasion skills - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Ability to work independently and remotely - Excellent communication and organizational skills
