Job Description:

Tenaga Nasional Berhad is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and a strong understanding of financial principles. The ideal candidate will be resilient, resourceful, and possess the ability to think critically and creatively.

Responsibilities: - Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures - Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy - Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities - Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes - Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable activities - Assist with month-end closing processes as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous experience in a similar industry is a plus
