Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Sunway Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Associate. This position is part-time and allows for remote work from home. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable processes and ensuring timely collection of payments.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any billing issues - Maintain accurate records of customer accounts - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy - Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries - Assist with month-end closing procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues - Hardworking and driven personality - People management and project management skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
