Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

MR DIY Group is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable specialist to work from home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This is a part-time, entry-level position with 1 year of experience required. The ideal candidate will be energetic, driven, have strong planning skills, and be able to effectively persuade others.

Responsibilities: - Process and record incoming payments and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Follow up on overdue accounts and communicate with customers to resolve any outstanding issues - Monitor and maintain accounts receivable aging report - Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting - Collaborate with other departments to investigate and resolve billing discrepancies - Maintain documentation of all financial transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
