Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional to join our team at MYEG Services Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. This position is part-time and entry-level, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable transactions and follow up on overdue payments - Reconcile invoices and ensure accuracy in financial records - Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues - Generate financial reports for management review - Maintain updated records of accounts receivable activities - Assist in month-end closing procedures - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure timely payment

Requirements: - Independent and driven personality traits - Strong people management and creativity skills - A keen eye for detail and accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and within a team - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
