Accounts Receivable - Work from home

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team at Boustead Holdings Berhad. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home in Malacca City, Melaka, MY.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Follow up on outstanding payments - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare monthly financial reports - Assist with month-end closing processes - Communicate with customers to address payment issues - Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy of financial records

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Cooperate and collaborate with team members - Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
