Online Accountant

Job Description:

Dialog Group Berhad is seeking a dedicated and driven Online Accountant to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level Online Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's online financial transactions and accounts. You will work part-time and must have at least 3 years of experience in accounting.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using online accounting software. 2. Monitor and analyze financial data, including revenues, expenses, and cash flow. 3. Prepare financial reports and statements for review by management. 4. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and guidelines. 5. Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement financial strategies. 6. Provide guidance and training to staff on online accounting procedures. 7. Assist with financial audits and reviews as needed. 8. Maintain confidentiality of financial information at all times.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. 2. CPA or CA certification preferred. 3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting. 4. Strong emotional intelligence and leadership skills. 5. Proficiency in online accounting software and Microsoft Office. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
