Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Sapura Energy Berhad is seeking an energetic and resourceful Online Accounts Payable Associate to join their team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable. As an Associate Level Online Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for managing and processing all online accounts payables for the company.

Responsibilities: - Manage and process all online accounts payable transactions - Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding payment inquiries - Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for accounts payable - Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and accurate financial reporting

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organization and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
