Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Sapura Energy Berhad is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable Associate in Kuala Lumpur. This position is part-time and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Process and review online accounts payable transactions - Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing processes - Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and effectiveness of accounts payable processes - Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies and procedures - Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 3 years of experience in accounts payable - Proficiency in online accounting software - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Independent and energetic personality traits - Problem-solving and teamwork skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
