Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable Associate. This part-time position is located in Kuala Lumpur, MY and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage online accounts receivable processes and procedures - Process online payments and refunds - Reconcile online transactions and resolve discrepancies - Monitor and analyze online accounts receivable aging reports - Communicate with customers regarding payment issues and inquiries - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting - Assist in month-end closing activities related to online accounts receivable - Provide support for audits and compliance reviews

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Strong understanding of online payment processing systems - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
