Online Accounts Receivable

Job description:

IHH Healthcare Berhad is currently seeking a part-time Online Accounts Receivable Associate for our location in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Manage all online accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations - Monitor and analyze customer payment trends to identify potential issues and recommend solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and discrepancies - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on accounts receivable status - Conduct regular audits of accounts receivable data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies - Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Proven experience in accounts receivable management - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively - Adaptable and resourceful personality traits - Emotional intelligence and strong teamwork skills
