Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and confident individual to join our team at Petronas as an Online Accounts Receivable. This is a part-time entry-level position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process online for our company.

Responsibilities: - Process online payments and fees accurately and promptly - Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to accounts receivable - Assist with reporting and analysis of accounts receivable data - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and efficiency

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in using online accounting software - Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and procedures - Excellent communication skills - People management skills - Creativity in problem-solving
