Job Description:
Sapura Energy Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant - Remote Work. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is necessary, but a strong willingness to learn and grow is essential.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including but not limited to organizing and scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing calendars. - Assist with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks. - Maintain and update company databases and records. - Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for team members. - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents. - Act as a liaison between team members and external stakeholders. - Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Analytical mindset and ability to problem-solve. - People management skills.
