Penerangan Pekerjaan - Administrative Coordinator - Remote Work

Job Description:


Boustead Holdings Berhad is seeking a motivated and energetic Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to work remotely. As an Associate Level role, the successful candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. 2. Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries for team members. 3. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents. 4. Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records. 5. Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good working condition. 6. Assist with special projects and events as needed. 7. Act as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders. 8. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Previous experience working remotely is a plus. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
