Penerangan Pekerjaan - Office Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Axiata Group Berhad is seeking a passionate and hardworking Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Office Manager, you will have at least 4 years of experience in office management or a related field. This is a remote work position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY.


Responsibilities: - Manage the daily operations of the office, including coordination of administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication within the team. - Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance. - Oversee and manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-functioning work environment. - Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for team members. - Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees. - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. - Provide support to senior management as needed.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in office management or a similar role. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively. - Experience in people management and team collaboration. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools. - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
