Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

AirAsia Group Berhad is seeking a motivated and energetic Operations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis with the flexibility to work remotely. As an Associate Level position, the Operations Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company.

Responsibilities: - Assist in coordinating and executing operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient processes - Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in operations - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to coordinate tasks and projects - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations activities - Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions to streamline operations - Provide support to team members as needed to achieve operational goals

Requirements: - 2 years of relevant experience in operations or a related field - Energetic and resilient personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas and findings - Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to challenges - Visa sponsorship available for remote work - Remote work flexibility with the opportunity for paid overtime - Ability to work independently and demonstrate autonomy in decision-making
