Operations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad. This is a remote work position based in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success in mid-to-senior level positions.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity - Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Manage a team of remote employees to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and achieve operational goals - Oversee budget planning and management to ensure cost-effective operations - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations - Provide leadership and guidance to support the professional development of team members

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in operations management, with at least 6 years of relevant experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities - Driven and hardworking personality traits - Innovative thinking and attention to detail soft skills
