Operations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and motivated Operations Manager to join our team at MR DIY Group. As a remote worker based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities within the company. This part-time position requires an Associate Level seniority with at least 5 years of experience in operations management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient business operations - Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory control, logistics, and supply chain management - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and meet company objectives - Monitor key performance indicators and report on operational performance to senior management - Provide leadership and guidance to a team of remote workers to ensure productivity and efficiency - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the industry

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a remote work setting - Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions - Innovative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Flexible schedule to accommodate different time zones as needed
