Personal Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description: QSR Brands is seeking a motivated and confident Personal Assistant to work remotely in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY on a part-time basis. As a Personal Assistant at QSR Brands, you will provide administrative support to senior executives and help them manage their daily tasks efficiently. This role requires a high level of organizational skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior executives. 2. Coordinate travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. 3. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed. 4. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. 5. Assist in managing email correspondence and prioritizing tasks. 6. Conduct research and compile information as requested. 7. Act as a liaison between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders. 8. Assist in personal errands and tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Strong organizational and time management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. 7. Team player with a positive attitude towards work. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
