Job Description:
Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 4 years of experience in administrative roles. The ideal candidate should possess confidence and resourcefulness as key personality traits, along with strong soft skills in teamwork and strategic planning.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the management team by handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. 2. Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and available. 3. Assist with budget management and tracking of expenses, including processing invoices and reimbursements. 4. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members, including booking flights and hotels. 5. Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other necessary materials for meetings and presentations. 6. Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure organization and easy access to important documents. 7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, providing support to various departments within the company. 8. Handle incoming inquiries and requests from clients, suppliers, and other external parties, ensuring timely and efficient responses.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. At least 4 years of experience in administrative roles. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other office management software. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 7. Confident and resourceful approach to problem-solving. 8. Proven track record of strategic planning and project management skills.
