Job Description:
We are currently seeking a part-time Administrative Associate to join our team at Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative duties.
Responsibilities: - Provide general administrative support to the team and senior management - Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities - Coordinate meetings and appointments, including preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes - Assist in organizing company events and functions - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email and phone calls - Maintain electronic and physical filing systems - Assist in preparing reports and presentations - Perform data entry and basic data analysis tasks - Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - Dedicated and reliable personality traits - Strong analytical skills and ability to work cooperatively with others - Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar administrative roles - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred
