Penerangan Pekerjaan - Administrative Coordinator

We are currently seeking a passionate and energetic Administrative Coordinator to join our team at YTL Corporation Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in administrative roles.


Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage administrative duties and processes within the organization. - Assist in managing and organizing meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. - Handle communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members. - Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for executives and team members. - Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations. - Assist in budget planning and tracking for departmental expenses. - Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions. - Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing office supplies.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Proven experience in administrative roles with at least 4 years of experience. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. - Strategic planning and innovation skills. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
