Job Description:
YTL Corporation Berhad is seeking a motivated and passionate Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.
Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. 2. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for senior management. 3. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures. 4. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data. 5. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned. 6. Assist colleagues whenever necessary. 7. Perform receptionist duties when needed.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of relevant experience in administrative support. 2. Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrative Assistant or similar role. 3. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. 4. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. 5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7. Strong organizational and planning skills. 8. Proficiency in MS Office.
