Penerangan Pekerjaan - Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level role, you will have at least 4 years of experience in administrative support roles. The ideal candidate will be driven, reliable, and have excellent cooperation and critical thinking skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team and senior managers - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics - Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations - Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and logistics - Assist with project coordination and tracking of deadlines - Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting as necessary - Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system - Assist in organizing company events and meetings - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 4+ years of experience in administrative support roles - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently - High level of discretion when handling confidential information
