Job Description:


IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to work from home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in administrative support roles. We are looking for someone who is adaptable and passionate about their work, with a strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to various teams within the company. 2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. 3. Manage and organize documents, files, and databases. 4. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials. 5. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner. 6. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries. 7. Assist with special projects and events as needed.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2. 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 7. Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
