Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Office Manager to join our team at Berjaya Corporation Berhad in George Town, Penang, on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities: - Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring inventory is stocked and up to date - Coordinate office procedures and ensure compliance with company policies - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls - Schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements - Maintain office filing systems and organizational standards - Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking - Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and training as needed - Collaborate with other departments to support company-wide initiatives
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management or a related field - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle delicate situations with tact and diplomacy - Proven track record of strategic planning and problem-solving - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
