Job Description:
Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad is seeking a motivated and energetic Remote Office Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our remote office, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and organize remote office operations, including scheduling, communication, and documentation. 2. Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless collaboration and communication. 3. Monitor and update project tracking systems to ensure deadlines are met. 4. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation. 5. Handle administrative tasks such as managing calendars, organizing meetings, and booking travel arrangements. 6. Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes. 7. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Strong organizational and time management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. 7. Experience in remote work is a plus but not required.
