Job Description:


IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager, working from home in George Town, Penang. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in office management or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, energetic, have strong critical thinking skills, and be proficient in project management.


Responsibilities: - Managing and organizing office operations and procedures - Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events - Handling correspondence and communication with clients, partners, and team members - Maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory - Assisting with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records - Providing administrative support to team members as needed - Ensuring office policies and procedures are followed - Managing projects and deadlines effectively - Handling confidential information with discretion


Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in office management or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
